Basics - Commenting or liking a chat result

Use our like and feedback buttons and directly share your comments with us

Are you reading a chat with a result attached to it?

Are you happy with what you're reading, or would you like to see changes?

Please share your opinion with us directly in the chat itself!

To do this, all you need to do is click the Like or Share feedback buttons in the form result submitted in a chat.

We need your feedback, and here's why:

  • It’s the easiest and most direct way to let us know what you're happy about and what you'd like us to improve

  • We process your feedback, either by improving your knowledge base or by instructing our agents

  • It will help us to improve our quality processes

  • It's the only way for us to keep track of your feedback.

  1. The Like button (1) will send a compliment to the result creator (the agent who performed the chat)

  2. The Share feedback button (2) allows you to enter a message giving positive or negative feedback about the chat. The number indicator tells the agent how many feedback messages there are.

In a way, you can see it as a ‘chat about a chat’.

What will happen after you submit your comment:

Your colleague, or the agent who created the result,  will receive a notification of your comment in their inbox. Once he or she responds to your comment, you will also be notified via your inbox. 

A Web1on1 Quality Coordinator will also review your comment and take any necessary actions, such as adding or adjusting your knowledge base articles.
