Important Notes

• The Web1on1 live chat widget will not set any cookies until it is initiated by the end-user.

Technical Implementation

The technical implementation of the widget involves external content from the following sources:

• Zendesk/Sunshine Conversations: JavaScript and CSS files
• Cloudflare: JavaScript files
• googleapis.com: Web widget

To ensure privacy, your IP address is pseudonymized before being forwarded to these services. The data collected is never used to identify the visitor in any other way and is never combined with personal data from another medium.

During the chat, you decide whether and which personal data you provide. This personal data is then processed to recognize you as a returning user, to read chat conversations again, and to answer your requests through the corresponding customer service.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures or contract).
