Guest user 

  • Can self register with a whitelisted email address

  • Can read chats

Guest users have free access to Web1on1

Agent

Everything a Guest user can, plus:

  • Accept / Join chats from inbox

  • Send and receive message across touchpoints

  • Create new chats / new contacts

  • Create and Submit Results

  • Search knowledge base

  • Start / participate in team chats

Agent user is a paid user license

Supervisor

Everything an Agent can, plus:

  • Manage users

  • Manage Knowledge Base

  • Access Dashboarding / Reports

  • Access ChatArchive

  • Access Realtime Chat flow

Supervisor user is a paid user license

Admin users

Everything an Agent can, plus:

  • Configure organizations

  • Manage integrations

  • Manage inbox

  • Manage Forms (flexible business cases)

  • Manage Inbound and Outbound routing rules

  • Create / manage Webhooks

  • Manage Payments / Billing account

Admin user is a paid user license

Owner users

Everything an Admin can do plus:

  • Register on behalf of an Organization

  • Sign DPA

  • Manage Payments / Billing account
