Basics - Starting with a guided video tour

Use our series of guided training videos to learn all about the basics

The automated guided tour bot is initiated the first time you sign in to Web1on1 and gives you a wealth of  information and video clips about how to get the most out of your  live chat journey.
You can stop and start the training videos as you go along, giving you time to put the training into practice. 
Where can I find the guided tour bot? 
You can open the guided tour at any time by selecting Help (the circle with a question mark) > Start guided tour  from the navigation panel.  You can then select any video from the channel on the right-hand side of the screen.
