      Include website content in search results when agents are searching your Content Library

      What is Web1on1 Embedded Google Search?

      Your website content will be automatically included in search results! Agents searching your Content Library will also see your articles on the organization's website URL. We will automatically create a Programmable Search Engine for your organization's website, and include Google search results when agents search for knowledge.

      How it looks

      7.1

      1. Choose between: All (overview), Articles (articles in the organization), Website (results from Google search) or Documents;

      2. Up to five Articles;

      3. Up to five Website results (via Google search);

      4. Up to five Documents. 

       

      URL format should be like "https://www.website..."
